We want the training that we deliver to be effective and
give the students real knowledge and a clear awareness of
the responsibility required to work with vulnerable people.
A key aim of BACS Training Ltd. is to improve
the lives of those being cared for by enhancing the level
of training care workers and other support staff receive.
We are always interested in hearing from people who are
interested in qualifying or are already qualified trainers
in the field of Health Care.

We are looking for some key skills;
• Flexible and reliable.
• Driver or willing to travel.
• Willing to learn and develop you knowledge on the legislation
and standards relating to the care sector.
• Hold / working toward a professional teaching qualification
or are willing to train to this level.
• Hold A1 assessor award (or IV award) or are willing to train
to this level.
• Passionate about quality care delivery
• Self motivated and enthusiastic
